NO payment received is refundable; exceptional cases may be considered.
 

All items are inspected for manufacturing defects before shipment. Please note that a manufacturing defect does not include stray threads, glue residues, or removable dirt. In the unfortunate event that you receive an unsatisfactory item due to a manufacturing defect, you must initiate a claim within 7 working days from the day of receiving your item, based on delivery status provided by the courier company. 

Once we validate your claim, you will receive a full refund in the form of store credit within 7 working days. Customers can utilize this credit for their next purchase on our website, www.theponytale.com.my.



Hair Tie Warranty Policy - Newly Implemented
We understand your frustration with purchasing hair ties that easily break, expecially if they are only used once. Therefore, we are taking a proactive step to address your concerns: All Our Hair Ties (with Design) are Covered by a 1-Month Warranty.

Warranty Coverage Period:
This warranty begins on the date of receipt, as indicated by the delivery status provided by the courier company. For example, if the delivery status shows that your items were 'delivered' on Aug 3, 2023, this warranty will be effective from Aug 3, 2023 and will remain valid until Sep 2, 2023, which is the last day for filing claims. 

Refund:
A valid warranty claim will result in a full refund in the form of store credit within 7 working days. Customers can utilize this credit for their next purchase on our website, www.theponytale.com.my. Every 20 points are equivalent to RM1. For example, if the submitted hair tie's value for a claim is RM12, you will receive 240 points credited to your account. 

Design Variations:
This warranty covers all designs of our hair ties except for Basic Rubber Bands that come in packs of 20 or 25 pieces. For clearer guidelines, you may refer to the product page for each specific hair tie.

Terms and Conditions:
This warranty covers breakage due to normal use only. Our company reserves the right to investigate intentionally induced breakage aimed at damaging our company's reputation. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an email purchase confirmation or a bank payment advice.
